Ako gani wala man ko nag lose weight sa akoa mga anak uy, wait lang ko sa hormones change to back into normal. Wa sad ko nag try hard ato or nag dali kay di man pwedi ko mag diet or anything like it tungod kay breastefeed man ko even until now akong bugoy gatotoy gihapon na nako. Breastfeed help me a lot to get back to my normal weight. Tulod pa bitaw ka bulan since nanganak ka so no worries kay bag-o pa kaau
